4 leg quarters, boiled and deboned (save the broth)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Mix soup, broth, and cheeses until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken and serve over thick noodles of your choice. So easy and quick! Tastes great! This fed four of us without a drop left.
